These seven horses are not just the subject of any ordinary artwork. The Seven Horse theme is a particular kind of image that is said to be symbolic of strength, and courage as well as stability. The subject was suggested to me by a fan.
According to Vastu Shastra, a traditional Indian system of architecture similar in many ways to the concept of Feng Shui, hanging an image of seven horses in ones home or business is said to have a number of positive effects, such as financial success, fame, and career growth. Apparently, the scene should depict seven horses running in the same general direction, with the rising sun behind them. Most of the Seven Horse images I've seen seem to have white hoses, so I made mine white, but it doesn't seem to be a requirement. Also, they should have no obstacles in their way and no water in the scene.
