Artist's Description
"Too Fine For Mud"
A pig enjoys its bath. Rather than wallowing in mud though this piggy has found a much more refined solution: a shine new fancy tub that has been placed in it's pigpen. The pig lays and in tub and smiles at you, the viewer, with an old grey farm house in the background.
As always I like for images in my pig series of art to have a touch humor.
I created this artwork using digital painting and 3d rendering techniques.
About Daniel Eskridge
Daniel is a classically trained artist. A native of the East Cobb community in the Atlanta Metro area, he majored in art at the University of Georgia and has since accumulated over 25 years of art experience. Most well-known for his scientific illustrations of prehistoric creatures, he is also accomplished in creating Wild West art, fantasy art, wildlife scenes, and horror illustrations. His works have appeared in magazines and newspapers; the covers of books, albums, and products; and even in a few science and natural history museums.
