"Mustangs of the Storm"
Three wild mustangs gallop through the mists and winds of a dark storm. Lightning strikes behind them and drives these mighty horses towards you as if the sky itself wants you ridden down.
Each of the horses has a coat alternating whites browns and blacks...paint horses.
For this scene I wanted a lot of action and energy. I created this artwork using digital painting techniques as well as 3d rendering.

About Daniel Eskridge
Daniel is a classically trained artist. A native of the East Cobb community in the Atlanta Metro area, he majored in art at the University of Georgia and has since accumulated over 25 years of art experience. Most well-known for his scientific illustrations of prehistoric creatures, he is also accomplished in creating Wild West art, fantasy art, wildlife scenes, and horror illustrations.
