Description
At sunset, on a grassy hill in the American Wild West stands a powerful pinto coated war horse. Wearing Native American warpaint, the Indian pony looks over the grass lands as its dark mane and tail blow in the prairie winds.
The meanings behind the markings:
For keen senses, it has the sun painted around its eye.
Because he has brought his rider back unharmed from battle, there is a hand print on its hindquarters.
The fire arrow on its neck to cause harm to its foes.
Because it has pushed a person over, the horse has hand prints on its chest.
The zigzagged lines are lightning to give the horse energy.
The blue dots are hail to rain down upon enemies.
I created this as part of a series of war horses. I really like the way the environment worked out for this one.
