"Draco"
A red dragon spreads its massive wings as it stalks towards you out of clouds of smoke. This is the most menacing of fantasy creatures, a fire spitting monster that is ready to eat you.
I named this one after the constellation.
To create this work I used 3D rendering as well as digital painting techniques.

About Daniel Eskridge
Daniel is a classically trained artist. A native of the East Cobb community in the Atlanta Metro area, he majored in art at the University of Georgia and has since accumulated over 25 years of art experience. Most well-known for his scientific illustrations of prehistoric creatures, he is also accomplished in creating Wild West art, fantasy art, wildlife scenes, and horror illustrations.
