Artist's Description
A spear carrying knight with a shiny helmet and fur-lined padded armor patrols the coastline of his native tundra land. His mount is the product of millennia of selective breeding (and a hint of genetic manipulation): a shaggy northern war koala. Off in the distance he spots an unusual sight. An iceberg is approaching, normally not out of the ordinary, but this one has a stone fortress built upon it.
About Daniel Eskridge
Daniel is a classically trained artist. A native of the East Cobb community in the Atlanta Metro area, he majored in art at the University of Georgia and has since accumulated over 25 years of art experience. Most well-known for his scientific illustrations of prehistoric creatures, he is also accomplished in creating Wild West art, fantasy art, wildlife scenes, and horror illustrations. His works have appeared in magazines and newspapers; the covers of books, albums, and products; and even in a few science and natural history museums.
