A tyrannosaurus rex stands on a boulder on a rocky, fern covered hill top, sniffing the air and scanning the land round hoping to find breakfast. This t-rex has a tiger-like coloration with orange and black stripes.
I was having a bit of fun one evening trying to come up with a unique skin pattern for tyrannosaur. This is what I finished with. It's probably not particularly scientifically accurate, but it was fun to make. I really didn't intend for him to look like a tiger at first. The skin was more brown and black, but in post production I was turning up the saturation it the brown went to orange. I like the results so I kept him that way.
