Our luxuriously soft blankets are available in two different sizes and feature incredible artwork on the top surface. The bottom surface is white. Our 100% polyester blankets are available in two different styles: plush fleece and sherpa fleece. Plush fleece blankets are soft and fluffy on both sides, whereas sherpa blankets are smooth like a soft sweater on the artwork side (i.e. shorter threads) which provides for a sharper image. Looking for a recommendation? Go with a 60" x 80" plush fleece blanket. It's soft and luxurious on both sides... the artwork looks incredible... and the size is just right for everyone.

Upon a pile of rocks stands a mighty knight in armor. Protected by a bucket helmet and mail armor beneath a tabard bearing the symbol of a red cross, he holds a massive sword at his side. This is a Templar knight.
The Knights Templar were an order of knights that existed for nearly two centuries during the middle ages. In popular culture, they are often depicted as both villains and heroes in movies and novels set during the middle ages. They were heavily associated with the crusades and as they came to an end, so too did their influence. They were very wealthy and formed an early version of a bank in Europe loaning money to kings and other nobles. Eventually, the king of France had them outlawed with the help of the Pope (possible to get out of his debts to them). They are also one of the most common subjects of conspiracy theories.

Daniel is a classically trained artist. A native of the East Cobb community in the Atlanta Metro area, he majored in art at the University of Georgia and has since accumulated over 25 years of art experience. Most well-known for his scientific illustrations of prehistoric creatures, he is also accomplished in creating Wild West art, fantasy art, wildlife scenes, and horror illustrations. His works have appeared in magazines and newspapers; the covers of books, albums, and products; and even in a few science and natural history museums.
