Artist's Description

The Eyes of Winter

A wolf gazes intently down from the peak of a rocky hill in the North American wilderness. This animal is the apex predator of its environment. Some poor creature has caught this lone hunter's attention and is about to have a very bad morning on this cold day.

I've been working to perfect my wolf scenes and spent a great deal of time on this one trying to get the fur of the wolf just right.
