Description
In the plains American Wild West, among the smoke and fog of battle, an angry mustang gallops madly towards you. This pinto coated war horse, that wears Native American war paint and a pair of feathers in its mane, appears to have decided that you are its foe. Its dark mane and tail whip with motion the this wild warrior kicks up a cloud of dust.
The pinto coated paint horse is one of my favorite subjects, though this one , perhaps, has more action in it than any of my prior works.
The meanings behind the markings:
Lines on its face represent victories in battle.
For keen senses, it has the sun painted around its eye and circles around its nostrils.
Because it has pushed a person over, the horse has hand prints on its chest.
The blue circles are hail to rain down upon enemies.
