Paint Horses in Autumn
Several pinto coated mustangs wander in fields of golden grass somewhere in the wilds of the American West. It's autumn and fall colored trees dot the landscape under a hazy sky. The closes horse has just stopped it's grazing and looks into the right of the scene as if it has heard something in the distance.
It was actually mid summer when I created this artwork, but the kids were getting ready to go back to school (it starts at the beginning of August here in the Atlanta Metro area). As such I found myself in the mood to create a peaceful fall scene.
