Artist's Description

I'd like to say that the concept of a petite lap giraffe was my own idea, but, alas, it is not. They appear to be the brainchild of some marketing agency hired by DirectTV for their commercials...the ones with the super rich Russian guy. They also have a mock site for Sokoblovsky farms, which breeds the little giraffes. However, since I could find no kind of trademark on the idea, I decided to use if for a fun artwork.

The girl, her apparel, and the giraffe I got from Daz3d.com. I posed them using Poser 2010. Then I imported them into Vue 9 where I built the rest of the scene and did the final rendering. Post production was done in GIMP.
