A raccoon with a curious expression is surrounded by lush green foliage under a vibrant, colorful sky. Its fur is depicted with dynamic strokes and a cool color palette.
From the artist: One Sunday afternoon, I had to drop my daughter off at one of her friendās birthday parties. Having a couple of hours to kill, I found a quiet spot in a Panera, got some macaroons and plopped down to make this. From start to finish was just over two hours, I guess making this what is known as a speed painting.
The original is a 9āx12ā work on sanded paper made using Van Gogh brand oil pastels.
