"Gorilla"
An angry looking gorilla guards his territory. The frightening ape stands alert in the underbrush of the jungle on the bank of the small stream that acts as the border to his domain. Sunlight cuts through the forest canopy and lights up the mists and strikes the dark fur of the beast in front of you.
Gorillas are one of my favorite animals, so I always have a lot of fun making art like this.
I created this image using CGI and digital painting applications.

Daniel is a classically trained artist. A native of the East Cobb community in the Atlanta Metro area, he majored in art at the University of Georgia and has since accumulated over 25 years of art experience. Most well-known for his scientific illustrations of prehistoric creatures, he is also accomplished in creating Wild West art, fantasy art, wildlife scenes, and horror illustrations.
