About Daniel Eskridge
Daniel is a classically trained artist. A native of the East Cobb community in the Atlanta Metro area, he majored in art at the University of Georgia and has since accumulated over 25 years of art experience. Most well-known for his scientific illustrations of prehistoric creatures, he is also accomplished in creating Wild West art, fantasy art, wildlife scenes, and horror illustrations. His works have appeared in magazines and newspapers; the covers of books, albums, and products; and even in a few science and natural history museums. Daniel, I am the one from Montreal who purchased a couple of your works so far! I really love the Dodo series. Awesome! Mind you, I know quite well these birds, as I am originally from Mauritius - I moved to Canada 10 years or so ago. The nature setting - the grass, the trees and the stones - are really spot on; if they come from your imagination, then I gather you must have lived on the island in some other life! Quite amazing. Keep up the good work.
