Coahuilaceratops magnacuerna is a species of herbivorous ceratopsid dinosaur that lived during the Late Cretaceous period, around 72 million years ago. It was discovered in the Cerro del Pueblo Formation in Coahuila, Mexico, which is how it got its name. The genus name "Coahuilaceratops" combines the location of its discovery, Coahuila, with "ceratops," which means "horned face" in Greek. The species name "magnacuerna" translates to "large horn" in Latin.

Coahuilaceratops is known for its large horns, with one horn on its nose and two above its eyes. The brow horns are especially large and are among the largest of any known ceratopsid. The dinosaur was a relatively large ceratopsid, with estimates suggesting it reached lengths of around 6.7 meters (22 feet) and weighed around 5 tons.
