Artist's Description
In this landscape, a mysterious boardwalk disappears into the woods to create a classical nature scene.
This is a digital painting, done in an impressionist style, and based on a photo I took while hiking along the Chattahoochee river on the Cochran Shoals Trail just to the north of Atlanta. This particular boardwalk trail was one of the side trails for hiking in the wetlands to the side of the river.

About Daniel Eskridge
Daniel is a classically trained artist. A native of the East Cobb community in the Atlanta Metro area, he majored in art at the University of Georgia and has since accumulated over 25 years of art experience. Most well-known for his scientific illustrations of prehistoric creatures, he is also accomplished in creating Wild West art, fantasy art, wildlife scenes, and horror illustrations.
