Artist's Description
This is a digitally enhanced photo of Lake Allatoona made to look like an impressionist painting. I took this on a cool spring day with white puffy clouds in the sky. I was standing on the shore of the lake in Dallas Landing Park looking North. If you look carefully, you can see a white truck driving over a bridge where Interstate 75 crosses the lake.
About Daniel Eskridge
Daniel is a classically trained artist. A native of the East Cobb community in the Atlanta Metro area, he majored in art at the University of Georgia and has since accumulated over 25 years of art experience. Most well-known for his scientific illustrations of prehistoric creatures, he is also accomplished in creating Wild West art, fantasy art, wildlife scenes, and horror illustrations. His works have appeared in magazines and newspapers; the covers of books, albums, and products; and even in a few science and natural history museums.
