A mighty bison walks over the undulating golden grass of the prairie of the American Wild West. A wind blows over the plains to ruffle the hair of the buffalo as it gazes over the seeming endless hills. Behind it, a bright sun rises over the horizon into a sky filled with colorful clouds.
One of the things I liked about this artwork was how it has a rather expressionist nature with every outline broken by grass, fur or wispy clouds. In fact the only really solid forms are the horn and eye of the bison.
