Somewhere in the wilderness of the American west, a wild appaloosa horse splashes along shallow river that winds it's way through a valley filled with the red and yellow colored trees of autumn.

This is my first artwork to feature a leopard appaloosa, a breed of horse known for its spotted coat. I created this in November of 2018 and was in the mood to create a fall scene. I was looking for a horse that would stand out well against autumn foliage and landed on this particular coat.

Daniel Eskridge

A native of the East Cobb community in the Atlanta Metro area, he majored in art at the University of Georgia and has since accumulated over 25 years of art experience.
