In the wilderness of the American Wild West, a wild horse stands atop a pile of rocks resisting a wind that rolls across the plains. This mustang has a buckskin coat with a dark mane and tail which whip in the breeze as it seems to want to almost walk into the air.

From the artist: I created this in December of 2022. This was something I put together just looking for a very active poser for the horse, but still having a kind of statuesque quality.

Daniel is a classically trained artist. A native of the East Cobb community in the Atlanta Metro area, he majored in art at the University of Georgia and has since accumulated over 25 years of art experience. Most well-known for his scientific illustrations of prehistoric creatures, he is also accomplished in creating Wild West art, fantasy art, wildlife scenes, and horror illustrations.
