Description
In the plains of the American west, a herd of buffalo stampedes, filling the air with dark clouds of dust. Among them rides a Native American warrior on his trusted horse. The Indian hunter raises his spear to strike as one of the mighty animals runs by. His tribe will eat well tonight.
For this entry in my Wild West themed art series, I was in the mood for some thunderous action. I put everything on a strong diagonal to give it an "in motion" feel to it. Then I added clouds of dust...lots of it. I went through several iterations of just adding dark clouds to this until I finally felt that it was dramatic enough.
