Description
A white egret stands in profile as it wades through a shallow pond. Behind it, papyrus plants disappear into a foggy background. The egret is any of several types of heron. They make for a good subject for art as they have a great "S" shaped neck that looks good in compositions. Plus, their white feathers can really look bright against a dark background and draw the viewers to an artwork. For this work, I was going more for the look of a painting rather than realism.
This image is actually just a reversed image of my "Egret" work. This one has the light coming from the left and going right which is a more traditional lighting setup for western art.

Incredible portfolio.....it is evident you have a love of nature and ability of a techno artist. Is that even a word? Wonderful work and thank you for your comment.
